For example, Omar's offers four different exhaust systems, tail sections come with and without side panels and other parts have options.

Buy the parts which fit your budget. Let's say you bought $1200 parts from me. Add the cost of the host bike (average $450) and replacements parts like tires, chain, etc. - let's say another $500. So, on the low end you're looking at $1950. If you bought all my Street Tracker kit parts you'd spend about $1900. If you are anal and a finicky builder, you could spend $4000 or more depending on your tastes.
