Russ Somers - Yamaha 500 Street tracker

Russ is an art director for Simpson helmets. That gives him two advantages. One is a critical eye for design. Note his finishing detail and graphics. And front turn signals integrated into the number plate, creative headlight and bright swing arm. Russ used my XR500 tank for wide oil-in-frame bikes and my XR styled fender with taillight. The nicest 500 I've seen. I guess that explains the trophy. His other advantage is the presentation-note the checkered floor and the red no-seam backdrop. Betcha he did the shot at Simpson. Well done Russ.
