Bike details: Yamaha XS650 Street Tracker built from a 1981 Yamaha XS650SH model. Used Omar's seat/fender and front headlight enclosure. Also features Mikuni carbs and BUB exhaust. Rear wheel converted to disc brake from a 1979 XS650D, and an 18" rear wheel from a 1977 XS 400. All paint is PPG Base Coat/Clear Coat. Frame is painted using VW Silver Arrow and the tank/fender is painted with GM Bright Red with painted black and white checkers. I did all the work myself, except for welding some brackets to the frame, and the valve job on the engine. I spent about 15 months building the bike, and have ridden it for the last two summers.
