Howard converted a late model Standard. You can spot post '74 Standards by the shouldered Akront style rims. Howard prepped the bike nicely-polished forks, engine parts, painted frame. He employed my Street Tracker tank, XRW fender, 1/2 mile pipes and (if I can see properly) my ugly plates on the frame. Note his highly drilled rotor, handmade battery box and very small headlight.
