These are NOS (new old stock) RedWings. RedWings were a big deal in the 70s. They are 13 3/8" tall, perfect for Street Trackers, Cafe and 650 Yamahas (where you want a bit more travel with one inch longer than the 12.5" stock shocks). Most other new shocks cost in the neighborhood of $249 - that's a bit much for a low buck project. Remaining in stock are chrome shocks with chrome 60/90 springs for guys about 200 lbs (give or take). These shocks are rebuildable. I have replacement shock internals and disassembly tool. Shocks come with spacers and my own spacers for 650 Yamahas. Don't buy expensive shocks. These will do perfectly for only 99 bucks! Tell you friends Phil Little has a cheap alternative.
