Now here's an item that ain't easy to find. Fork mounted. 33-57mm hose clamps hold my own bracket to your forks. The bracket houses a 5/16" carriage bolt which uses a rubber grommet to cushion the plate. I include acorn nuts for a finished look. This nifty little package sells for $20.
